Tom "Cat" Bartlett. He's one of Randall's legendary Rogues and a noted womanizer, but, naturally, Sarah can't leave him to die. With no other option, she brings him back to her rooms, patches him up, and takes over his care, never thinking of the difference in their stations or the potential damage to her reputation.
