When Marlow's well-liked mayor drops dead in the middle of a town council meeting, aconite, known as the queen of poisons, is found in his coffee cup. As usual, the clues and suspects are many, leading the intrepid crime solvers in circles until the very end. McKenzie helps listeners keep the whole crowd straight with her gifted use of intonation, tone, and cadence.
