He is the son of Morris Rouff, inventor of Formula 409. Rouff’s first novel, Dice Angel, is one of the top-selling and best-reviewed Las Vegas books on Amazon.com, with a five-star customer rating based on 118 reviews.[1] His screenplay adaptation won top honors in the 2004 Nevada Film Office Screenwriters Competition.[2] Rouff has also been a regular contributor to the alternative news weekly Las Vegas CityLife, as well as the online journal living-las-vegas.com.
